Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking or using our services. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you accept these terms.

1. About Us

PureEdge Exteriors Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales, providing professional exterior cleaning services across Hampshire and surrounding areas.

2. Definitions

"Customer" means the individual or business that books our services.
"Services" means the exterior cleaning services provided by PureEdge Exteriors Ltd.
"Booking" means a confirmed agreement between the Customer and PureEdge Exteriors Ltd to carry out Services on a specified date.

3. Bookings and Quotes

3.1 All quotes provided are free and non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.

3.2 Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3.3 A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing (including by email).

3.4 We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Access and Site Conditions

4.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property and all areas requiring cleaning on the agreed date.

4.2 Any hazards, fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage or conditions that may affect our work must be disclosed to us prior to the booking.

4.3 We accept no liability for damage caused by pre-existing defects, structural weaknesses or conditions not disclosed to us at the time of booking.

4.4 If access to the property or relevant areas is not possible on the agreed date due to factors within the Customer's control, a call-out charge may apply.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices quoted are inclusive of labour and any materials required unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the booking.

5.3 For commercial contracts or larger projects, staged payment terms may be agreed in advance.

5.4 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.

6.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparatory costs and lost booking time.

6.3 We reserve the right to reschedule bookings in circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an alternative date.

7. Our Obligations

7.1 We will carry out all Services with reasonable care and skill, using appropriate methods and equipment for the surfaces involved.

7.2 We will ensure that our operatives are suitably trained and qualified, including compliance with CPD and Lantra certification standards where applicable.

7.3 We will treat your property with care and take reasonable steps to avoid causing damage.

8. Liability

8.1 We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available on request.

8.2 Our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the value of the booking in question.

8.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings, arising from the Services or any delay or cancellation.

8.4 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Complaints

9.1 If you are not satisfied with the Services, please contact us within 48 hours of completion at hello@pureedgeexteriors.co.uk

9.2 We will investigate all complaints promptly and aim to resolve them to your satisfaction.

9.3 We may request the opportunity to return to site to remedy any issues before a refund or alternative resolution is considered.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
